Shipping Policy
Shipping Options:
All orders are shipped from our Toms River, NJ fulfillment center via USPS. You will receive a tracking update via email and/or text message once your order is shipped. Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $25.
Free (No Rush) Shipping:
Ships within 48 business hours. USPS estimates delivery within 4-7 business days.* It is very important for us to offer our customers a free shipping option with no restrictions! To make this possible it will take the full 4-10 days to be delivered.
Standard Shipping:
Ships within 24 business hours. USPS estimates delivery within 4-6 business days.*
Priority Shipping:
Ships same day if placed before 12:00pm EST, or within 24 hours excluding weekends. USPS guarantees all priority shipments within 1-3 business days.*
Express Shipping:
Ships same day if placed before 12:00pm EST, or within 24 hours excluding weekends. USPS guarantees all express shipments within 1 business day.*
International Shipping:
International packages can take anywhere from 7-31 days to be delivered, dependent upon location (some regions may take longer). A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur, and international orders may be subject to additional duties, fees, or taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with information on how to track your package. Your tracking information should update within 24-48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Tracking number says "Not Found"? This just means your package has departed our warehouse, but has not yet been scanned into the USPS system. Please contact our sales team if your tracking information has not updated after 24-48 hours.
Returns:
All of our products are covered by our Happy Skin Guarantee. If you are unhappy, please contact us: sales@timelessorganicsskincare.com or via our online contact form within 30 days from the original date of your purchase to receive return authorization.
All returns must be authorized via email prior to returning. Due to the nature of our products, no exceptions will be made outside of our policy. By proceeding through checkout you are agreeing to our return policy. Beauty devices & accessories cannot be returned once opened. Collaboration items are eligible for store credit within 60 days of purchase. Returns will be processed within 2-7 business days once the return is received.
